At Mirari by Dawood Designers, we strive for excellence in every piece, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure that all items remain in their original condition with tags intact to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including the invoice and all designer tags, to ensure the product is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
